Prompt Collector Pro saves the texts and prompts you use most and drops them into any field in your browser — email, web apps, chats, forms — with a single shortcut.
Everything you keep retyping — refund replies, cold emails, code snippets, AI prompts — saved once and inserted with a keystroke.
Type a shortcut like ;refund in any text field and the full text appears. No more copy-pasting from scattered notes and files.
Folders, colored tags, instant search, Markdown support, and one-click import/export to move your library anywhere.
Rewrite tone, shorten, expand, or translate with Chrome's built-in AI. Processing happens locally: nothing leaves your device.
Your prompts live in your browser's local storage. No account to create, no servers, no analytics, no profiling.
Paste a message, prompt, or snippet into your library and drop it in a folder.
Give it a trigger like ;refund or ;intro. Short and memorable.
Type the shortcut in any field on any site — the full text expands instantly.
Everything you need is free forever. Pro adds cloud sync and a shared library for teams.
For everyone who writes the same things over and over.
Sync everywhere and share one library with your whole team.
Install in seconds. No sign-up. Start saving the texts you retype every day.
No dark patterns, no legalese wall. Here is exactly what the extension does and does not do.

Prompt Collector Pro (“the extension”) is designed to keep all your data on your own device. This policy explains what the extension does and does not do with your information.
The extension stores the content you create — your prompts/snippets, folders, tags, shortcuts, and settings — locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This data:
To let you insert a saved snippet where you are typing, the extension runs a content script on web pages. It detects the trigger character you type (default ;) in the active text field and inserts your saved text there. The extension:
The optional “Adapt with AI” feature (rewrite tone/length, translate) uses Chrome's built-in, on-device AI (Gemini Nano). The text you choose to adapt is processed locally by your browser's model. It is not sent to the developer or to any external AI service.
We do not sell or share your data. We do not have access to it.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
